Dealing with a problem arising from a swimmers behaviour. With so many youngsters training together there will occasionally be disagreements or confrontations causing upset to individual swimmers. Where Parents and Guardians become concerned about an incident they are reminded not to approach the offending member directly. The Club has appointed three Welfare Officers ( listed below), who will initially deal with problems involving Club members so please contact any one of them with your concerns. If a problem arises during the supervised training sessions, then the Coach must be informed first.
